Looking to join a group bible study online? We work through the Harvest Time books (available free in PDF, including a bible) and meet via Zoom. This study will cover the first four lessons that are a part of module one and is great for those who are looking to grow their faith deeper, or have just come to Christ and feel overwhelmed with where to start.

OUTLINE OF STUDY

Lesson 1- Foundations of Faith. We will look at the some of basic beliefs of the Christian faith that help to understand God on a deeper level. This includes topics like prayer, baptism, and other topics that are commonly seen within the Christian faith.

Lesson 2- Creative Bible Study Methods. Our goal is to develop study habits and examine various ways of studying the bible, such as chapter by chapter or topical, as well as how to prepare and outlining your study.

Lesson 3- OT Survey, looks at the old testament portions of the bible. This includes the topics of law, history, poetry, and prophecy. These studies help us to understand God and the history of His chosen people, the greatness and compassion, and prepares us for the New Testament.

Lesson 4- NT Survey, examines the New Testament of the bible. Topical studies include the gospels, history, and letters, as well as prophecy. Here is where our focus becomes on Christ and His ministry.

OUTLINE OF ITENARY

Our studies will follow an open table concept. We are not here to preach, but study. The first part of the meetings will always begin with a bit of fellowship. This time is to allow any late arrivals to get settled and to talk a little.

From there, we will go into reading the key verse for the chapter being studies. We will have an opening prayer to invite God into our group, then go through the study questions together.

After the study questions, we will have an open discussion to gain better understanding, offer an opportunity for input, and find truth by coming together.

Interested in being notified or joining our bible study? Please fill out the form below. We will provide information about upcoming start dates, a link for material, and an outline for preparing.

Finally, we will close with prayer and leave the meeting open for fellowship. Break out rooms make be created for small study or just hanging out to talk. This opportunity is here to help bring us closer together and connect, discuss, and support one another in our walk.

GOAL OF THE STUDY

Our goal of the zoom bible study is to lay a foundation to build on through open and honest discussion. To communicate various view points for better understanding of the scripture. It is expected that each person has their reading completed prior to the meeting so that we can go through the material in a manner that allows everyone to attend and gain. This study is not a quick and done. While Lesson 1 is shorter, many of the others may continue on as Lesson 2, for example, has over 40 chapters.
